How to read this

Evidence before interpretation

Registered, not “for sale”

Every public result is currently registered. A stewardship signal does not mean the maintainer wants to sell, transfer, or negotiate.

Current owners matter

Owner counts come from npm’s live collaborators endpoint. Packument maintainers can lag behind current control.

No expiration claims

Inactive means no recent publish. It does not mean expired, abandoned legally, or available for registration.

No unregistered shopping list

Registry 404s are kept out of this public surface. A 404 means not currently registered—not guaranteed publishability.

Research report

The underlying feasibility report is complete.

The dataset found strong dormant-package intelligence, but no premium unregistered inventory and no evidence for a transaction marketplace.
